Ordering:
·Order Online at www.wagmanhair.com anytime. Order by Phone in the USA at 215-269-1600 Monday-Friday 9-5pm EST.

·Online Orders placed before 12:30pm and phone orders place before 2:30PM EST will go out the same day. Any phone orders placed after 2:30PM are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day.
·Credit cards will be run, once the order is processed and packed.
·We must ship orders to the billing address of your credit card. You may add other shipping addresses to your card by contacting your Card bank.
·A $9.00 repacking fee will be charged for any order changes, once the order is in the warehouse.
·Referral Discount: If you refer a new customer, we will apply a $10.00 credit towards your next order. Please have the new customer let us know you referred them.
·Prices: We can email, mail or fax you a price list. The Premium PerfecTress® Indian and Virgin Human Hair are sold by the quarter pound (4ozs) and pound (16ozs). The hair is weighed and you are billed for the weight of the hair.
·An additional $5.00 handling fee will be charged for Drop shipments, Blind Shipments, Collect Shipments and requested US Mail orders.
Shipping Method:
·USA: UPS- Please call us for estimated rates. The shipping cost depends on Zip Code and Weight of the package.
Signature Required or No Signature Required: If you choose No Signature Required we are not responsible if your order is lost or stolen.
·International: UPS or US Air Mail. $5.00 handling fee for all US Mail orders.
·You must clear your order with customs and you will be responsible for any taxes, fees or duties at your end.
·Tracking: If you provide us with an email address, UPS will send you a tracking number for your order at the end of the day, that your order is shipped. Please track online at www.UPS.com or call them at 800 742 5877.If you track your package and see a discrepancy in delivery information please call us immediately at 215-269-1600.
Payment Method:
·USA: We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover for all USA orders and we will also accept American Express for USA orders in excess of $2,500.
·International: We only accept PayPal ($10.00 fee) payments from Verified PayPal customers and Western Union Wires ($10.00 handling fee charge plus Western Union fees at your end). Please call for payment instructions.
Shipping Issues:
·Please order far enough in advance to allow for any delivery delays. We are not responsible for any carrier delays due to holidays or weather conditions. We rely on UPS to deliver your order on time. We do not offer reimbursements for delayed shipments. Please feel free to email us at customerservice@wagprim.com if you need any more information.
Refused Shipments/Failed Deliveries/Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
·Please make sure you give us the complete correct address (i.e. apartment or suite numbers) for your order so UPS can deliver your package without any problems. You will be charged additional fees for address changes or rerouting.
·If you refuse or are unavailable to sign for your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged the additional return shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Shipments:
If your order is lost or stolen we CAN send replacement hair out at your cost and then if we receive claim money from UPS for first order we will refund your card in full (this takes three/five weeks). Replacement hair must go signature required.
Returns and Exchanges:
·Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (Washed, brushed, combed or cut)
·We suggest that you inspect the hair without opening the bundles to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure please show your stylist.
·All Sale/Closeout Items are Final.
·Please call before returning hair to us. The hair must be returned in 15 days from order date, in the original packaged state, in order to receive a store credit or refund for product only. Store credits are good for 1 year.
·We are not responsible for any hair installation, hair removal or styling costs.
·If you wish to send back the merchandise for an exchange, please take the package to a local post office or UPS office and return the package to the address shown below. Customers are responsible for all shipping (both shipping to you and any return shipping to us) handling and insurance for returns. If necessary, please call 215-269-1600 and our representative will guide you in making the exchange. Please make sure you send a copy of the packing slip with the return. If you do not have it please write your Company name, name, phone number, address and the description of the item you are returning on a slip of paper.
